Ranking policy

1 Private party on consumer marketplaces
2 Auction lots, weighted by close time
3 Dealer retail inventory

Recommended order then scores each listing on price versus the demo market anchor, inspection grade, distance, and title status. In Recommended order, while the policy is on, dealer rows carry a visible ranked after private marker.

Limitations

No live feeds. Nothing on this page is connected to Proxibid, HiBid, AuctionZip, CarMax Auctions, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Autotrader, Cars.com, Edmunds, CarGurus or CARFAX.
No scraping, logins, or marketplace access. This demo never crawls, signs in to, calls, or reverse-engineers any marketplace, and it issues no network requests at all. Source names label integration slots only.
Fabricated inventory. Vehicles, prices, sellers, VINs and countdowns are invented for the demo and refresh from a static local file.
Production requires agreements. Real coverage depends on approved APIs, licensed data feeds, or written partner agreements per marketplace — several named sources offer no public listing API.
No outbound actions. Nothing here links out to a marketplace, contacts a seller, places a bid, or transacts. View, Watch and Compare act only on this page; the watchlist lives in your browser’s local storage and goes nowhere else.
Not valuation advice. The “vs. market” figure is a demo anchor, not an appraisal.

Watchlist
